We require a $50 security deposit on the day of your picnic. You are responsible for all picnic items until we arrive and clean-up. All items should be returned back in the same condition as you found them. We will return the deposit back after your picnic if there are no damaged or missing items. If we find that there are damaged or missing items, your deposit will be held or further evaluated.
We do not provide any alcohol. You may bring your own if the location allows alcohol. However, we work with vendors who can provide alcoholic beverages upon request.
Picnic Fam LA is not responsible for any consequences as a result of drinking alcohol. We are also not liable for any injuries during your picnic time. You accept liability for all injuries and damages.
Cancellation & Refund
Your reservation deposit is non-refundable. We understand that things happen in life and if for some reason you decide to cancel your event, we kindly ask that you give us a notice of at least 24 hours. You will be allowed to reschedule your picnic up to 3 months from the original date.
We live in sunny Southern California but sometimes we have rainy or windy days and when it happens we can offer you to set up your picnic in an indoor location or you can reschedule for another date within 90 days. The deposit will be applied to the rescheduled date.
All picnics are for 2 hours (additional hours can be applied when requested and paid). If you are running late, please notify us and we will give you a 15 minute grace period. If you are more than 30 minutes late without any notice, we have the right to pack up your picnic, and no rescheduling and no refund will be provided.
Picnic Fam LA have the right to use all photos taken during the event for advertising purposes.
